Nicole Schlinger

Nicole started Capitol Resources in 1999 to provide candidates professional quality fundraising and event management services. Now Capitol Resources, Inc. / Campaign Headquarters has grown to provide high quality live telephone voter contact services to candidates, initiatives, and causes nationwide. She is the most prolific political fundraiser in Iowa Republican history with over $40 million raised for candidates from city council to governor. Prior to founding the company, she served as Finance Director of the Republican Party of Iowa. She is a 1995 summa cum laude graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and policy studies.

Jason Niehaus
Vice President – Operations
Jason joined the Capitol Capitol Resources, Inc. / Campaign Headquarters team in 2007, assuming the role of Vice President for Operations. He is responsible for the development and implementation of fundraising plans for political candidates as well as taking the lead on policy initiatives. Prior to joining the company, Jason served as a Senior Advisor to a gubernatorial campaign and a District Representative for a Member of Congress. He received his Bachelors of Science in Political Science from Wartburg College, Waverly Iowa.

Chad Foster
Vice President – Communications
Chad started at Capitol Resources, Inc. / Campaign Headquarters in 2003 as a campaign representative and now serves as the Vice President of Communications. In the last six years he has developed a systematic program for recruiting, motivating and training the best calling team in the nation. Chad has twelve years of telemarketing, professional fundraising and phone company experience. He is a firm believer in positive thinking and attention to detail.

Brenda Schreiber
Night Crew Supervisor
Brenda Schreiber began her career at Capitol Resources, Inc. / Campaign Headquarters in February of 2007 as a Campaign Representative. With her lifelong passion for conservative politics, Brenda found her niche here. Within six months she took on the position of Night Crew Supervisor. Brenda orchestrates the extensive training and call schedule for each caller each night. She insures that the callers are knowledgeable on each project to insure they make the highest quality calls.

Rebecca Nikkel
Special Projects Manager
Rebecca Nikkel started at Capitol Resources, Inc. / Campaign Headquarters in February 2007 as a Campaign Representative. She is now the Special Projects Manager, responsible for planning, managing, and executing dozens of successful events and fundraising programs for legislative campaigns. Rebecca’s outgoing personality and people skills enable her to ensure the fundraising process is an enjoyable experience for candidates and donors alike.

Meg Anderson
Technical Support Manager
Meg joined Campaign HQ the summer of 2007 during the Iowa Presidential Straw Poll, with a primary responsibility of accurately assigning transportation arrangements to more than 5,000 participants. She now serves as the Technical Support Manager taking care of the database work, computer maintenance and the mail correspondence. Meg is a 2007 graduate of Buena Vista University with a bachelor’s degree in History.
